Robertson County sits east of Montgomery County and north of Nashville, covering Springfield, Adams, Greenbrier, Cedar Hill and Coopertown. It's where a lot of buyers land when they want acreage with a reasonable drive to both Clarksville and Nashville.
Generally 35-55 minutes to Nashville depending on where in the county you are, and 25-45 minutes to Clarksville.
Farmhouses, homes on multi-acre lots, historic properties in Springfield, and pockets of newer subdivisions closer to the Nashville side.

What it feels like
Robertson County trades density for land. Towns are small and walkable at the center, and everything outside them opens up into farmland. It appeals to buyers who want a barn, a shop or room for animals without moving hours from a city.
